The Interstate Mining Compact Commission (IMCC) produces several publications which can be viewed in their entirety on this website. Publications include: "The Compact", a quarterly newsletter; the annual report; IMCC Membership Directory (updated every 3 years); "Strategies for Action," the IMCC strategic plan; "Noncoal Mineral Development Report", a report on noncoal mineral commodities and state regulatory programs in the United States (updated approximately every 5 years); COALEX Inquiry Reports (see COALEX info for a description of these reports); and the original "Compact" document which contains the bylaws of the IMCC. Other publications may be produced periodically and will be made available.
NOTE: All issues of the "Compact" Newsletter starting in May/June 2010 will be distributed via email and will be added here in Acrobat (.pdf) format.
