Monday, April 30, 2012 -- Noncoal Environmental Affairs and Mine Safety & Health Committees Joint Meeting, Afternoon/Evening Field Excursion and Social Dinner (Details will be posted as soon as arrangements are finalized)
Tuesday, May 1, 2012 -- Coal Environmental Affairs and Abandoned Mine Lands Committees Joint Meeting, Annual Awards Reception and Banquet
Wednesday, May 2, 2012 -- Finance & Administrative Committee and Resolutions Committee Joint Meeting, Executive Commission Business Meeting (Expected to adjourn by 1:00 p.m.)

The 2012 Mid-Year Meeting will be held at the Renaissance Blackstone Hotel on October 11 - 12, 2012. A downloadable/printable registration form will be added here at a future date along with hotel reservation information. Please note that October 11 - 12 are a Thursday and Friday. Traditionally our mid-year meeting has been held on a Tuesday - Wednesday pattern but hotel availability and rates determined the days for the 2012 meeting.
