IMCC 2010 Annual Meeting

The 2010 Annual Meeting of the Interstate Mining Compact Commission will be held April 11 - 14, 2010 at The Grand Hotel Marriott in Point Clear, Alabama (between Gulf Shores and Mobile). Our group (per diem) room rate is $111/plus taxes. NOTE: Hotel room rates are also subject to an additional amenity fee of 14% per room night. An online reservation method will be posted at a later time. Attendees can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at: 1.800.544.9933. Be sure to identify yourself with the "Interstate Mining Compact Commission" group in order to obtain the negotiated rate and to be booked inside our room block. Reservations must be received on or before Thursday, March 11, 2010. A downloadable/printable registration form is available here: Registration Form. Please register with IMCC as early as possible to help with our planning. You do NOT have to send the registration fee with the form. We will be happy to invoice you.

The 2010 Mid-Year Meeting of the Interstate Mining Compact Commission will be held at the DoubleTree Guest Suites in Historic Charleson, South Carolina, October 26 - 27. Reservations should be made directly with the DoubleTree Guest Suites by calling 1.877.408.8733 and identifying yourself with Interstate Mining Compact Commission to get the negotiated rate of $142.00 plus taxes (or prevailing per diem). Reservations must be made by September 25, 2010 to receive this rate. Check back here for a downloadable registration form (summer 2010).
